This partnership means that Three Streams Smokehouse now proudly supplies an extensive range of seafood products to Woolworths stores across the Western Cape, Gauteng, and KwaZulu-Natal regions.

    Method

Defrost the seafood. Remove the crab, crayfish and prawns from the packaging and rinse under cold water.

Place a bamboo steamer on a large pot with water. Bring the water to the boil and then place the crab inside the bamboo steamer. Close with the lid and steam for 15 minutes. Add the crayfish tails and steam for another 10 minutes. Now add the prawns and steam until they are cooked. (5-8 minutes).

While the steaming of the shellfish is happening, place the crumbed hake coujons in the airfryer for 10 minutes on 180°C.

Place all the seafood on a big platter. Melt the butter in small bowls and serve with the seafood. Also add some lemon or lime wedges.
