Cybercrime and email impersonation scams are increasing, and fraudsters may attempt to alter banking details or redirect payments through fraudulent emails. Three Streams Smokehouse (Pty) Ltd will only notify customers of any change in banking details via a formal communication, signed by the relevant Department Director.

IMPORTANT: NEVER MAKE PAYMENT TO A NEW OR CHANGED BANK ACCOUNT BASED ON EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS ALONE. If you receive any request to pay into a different bank account, or any notification that our banking details have changed, STOP AND VERIFY THE DETAILS WITH US BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT. Please contact our office directly using our published telephone number to confirm the banking details with a member of our team. Do not use a telephone number, email address or contact details provided in the payment-change request itself.

Your payment is only considered verified once you have independently confirmed the banking details directly with our office.
