Smoked Trout pizzas

Comessa Foods, White flour pizza bases
100g Three Streams cold-/ oak smoked trout ribbons
1 small pineapple finely sliced and seared - sear quickly in a pan over dry heat
1 small red onion, finely slice
Mozzarella cheese grated
Basil leaves

Miso-soy dressing:
150 ml soya sauce
60 ml lemon juice
40 ml sesame oil
30g miso paste
20g mixed black and white sesame seeds toasted - toast in a dry pan
Blend all the ingredients

Bake pizza bases with mozzarella cheese at a 150 degrees, for 5 - 10 minutes or until crispy.

Add red onion slices, smoked trout and pineapple.

Garnish with basil leaves and drizzle with Miso-soy dressing.
