Fried Tilapia and sriracha/ coriander butter with Basmati and cucumber salad

Lighly smoked tilapia Sriracha and Corrriander ButterTo cook the Tilapia
Ingredients:

Corn flour
Three Streams Lightly smoked Tilapia with Sriracha & Coriander butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

Method:
Mix corn flour, salt and pepper.
Roll the tilapia fillets in the flour mix and ensure it is evenly covered.
Fry for 2 minutes until golden with siracha butter and olive oil.

Cucumber salad:
Cucumber, sliced
Red onion chopped finely
Baby spinach, shredded
Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Avocado, peeled and diced
Cooked Brown basmati rice with red & white quinoa
Mix all the ingredients together

Serve the Tilapia with the salad and drizzle the fish with sriracha butter leftover in the pan.
