Telesales (FMCG) position available

We are looking for a vibrant person to fill our vacancy for a Telesales Representative at our Montague Gardens office.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Calling customers
Order Taking
Monitor orders vs stock availability and manage demand correctly.
Perform daily PO (purchase order) checks to ensure all orders are processed.
Liaise with Credit Control on releasing of orders.
Contact customers directly regarding overdue payments if required
Build repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on wants and needs.
Maintaining quality service by following the company standards.
Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries, together with after sales support
Escalate unresolved queries to Management, providing details and actions taken
Ensure customers are made aware of new products/ launches.
Preparing of sales reports for individual channels that one is responsible for.
Tracking of actual vs volume targets as per business objectives set.

Requirements:

Candidates must have own reliable transport
Must be fully computer literate and have excellent communication skills
Must have at least one year relevant experience
